Simply browse the site, choose the product, select the size and color, click "Add to cart" and then "Proceed to checkout."

➤ Can I change or cancel an order after purchase?
Orders are processed very quickly. If you need to make changes, please contact us immediately by email. We can't guarantee cancellations, but we'll do our best.

➤ Can I purchase without creating an account?
Yes, you can complete your purchase as a guest, but we recommend creating an account to easily track orders and shipments.

➤ What are the delivery times?
As a dropshipping e-commerce site, delivery generally takes 7–12 business days . We'll provide tracking information as soon as it's available.

➤ How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free for orders over €59. Below that, the cost is calculated at checkout (usually between €4.90 and €6.90).

➤ Do you ship throughout Italy?
Yes, we deliver throughout Italy via reliable couriers.

➤ Will I receive a tracking code?
Yes, as soon as your order is processed, you will receive an email with a tracking link.

Yes, you have 14 days from receipt to request a return. The product must be intact, unused, and with its original tags.

➤ How can I start a return request?

Yes, except in cases of defective or incorrect products. In that case, returns will be free.
